the room was very clean and had a spacious bed. the linens were comfortable and clean (i really liked the pillows). the bar and foyer area looked very nice.

The staff was great. They were very responsive to all our needs, just fantastic. The hotel is also conveniently located near Fosse Park Retail Park. There are great shopping facilities close by..
The EV charging was broken. The gym had no water, the fountain was broken, and no one took care of customers who needed hydration. These issues were pretty annoying.

the room felt modern and clean. it had a cosy feel to it, so i liked that. i found most things i needed was provided, such as an iron and a hair dryer. room service were available and there was facilities downstairs too.
i was suprised that there weren't complimentary water bottles provided. you get these at most hotels i stays at. a bottle of water cost £5 which felt expensive. also, there was no extractor fan in the bathroom, a shame.
